Loader is the most consistently good. Well, they're close enough that it's preference really, but some characters have far, far more consistency in their kits than others that will give them an edge at winning more often. I would generally point at Loader and Acrid for being the two highest.

MUL-T is arguably the easiest character to unlock. All you need to do is clear the first stage five times. You'll naturally unlock MUL-T just by playing, and you also can speed up the process by farming the first stage.

The Secret Survivor

The Robomando is hands-down the hardest Survivor to unlock in the game. He requires two complete runs and has players interacting at specific times in various levels: take note that RNG is still in effect, and getting the correct level in those two runs will be up to chance.

Choosing between Poison and Blight is largely a personal preference. Since Poison cannot stack, it favors a dodgier, fire-and-forget playstyle where the player poisons a group of enemies, leaves them to take damage, and finds some new enemies to poison in the meantime.
