I have reviewed two items you sold. If one of those sales is the source of the issue, I am VERY confused. It took me less than 15 seconds to read the entire description. If it's not one of those then would need more info.
So, to answer your question, I would have a more detailed description more than 20 words as yours does. Furthermore, of those 20 words very little describes the actual item.
In addition of the two items you have sold, the description is exactly the same.
In addition, if a buyer is rude, I'd just refund, ignore and block.
