Sonic Colors Secrets

Sonic Colors was able to strike a healthy balance between 2D and 3D gameplay, featuring some of the tightest platforming and speediest gameplay out of any Sonic title. It's a rare instance of true Sonic gameplay fusion, and it's done wonders to keep Sonic Colors in the favor of fans ever since its release.

There is no cheat code unlike the old Sonic Games. You must do the hard task of finding all 180 red rings and completing all 21 Sonic Simulator Stages.

Super Sonic

Collect all 180 Red Rings from the 36 acts to unlock the 2nd and 3rd Sonic Simulator acts. Now, beat 21 of these Sonic Simulator stages (you can do this in single player). After this you can select Super Sonic from the now-glowing Options Satellite on the Main Menu.

The Ultimate version of the game offers 21 stages, across 7 worlds, each enhanced for the remaster with brighter, more vibrant graphics and an optimized framerate.

Nega-Mother Wisp is the secret final boss in the Nintendo DS version of Sonic Colors. She is unlocked by collecting all seven Chaos Emeralds in the game and can be encountered after defeating the Nega-Wisp Armor.

The most notorious glitch in Sonic Colors: Ultimate, albeit exclusive to the Switch port. it presents wildly flashing, bright colors on the screen which could possibly cause an epileptic seizure. Also included with this glitch is Sonic deforming into a "fish-like" shape at times.
