How do I create a Google form and collect responses? ›

Once you've created a survey, poll, or quiz, you can select an option to allow respondents to receive an email confirmation of their responses.

Google Forms is an application for creating and managing forms, officially introduced in 2012. Its platform is online (SaaS) and free to all Google users.

Access the survey you want to create notifications for. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner to reveal the menu. Click on Settings. Check the box next to Get email notification of each response.

In Microsoft Forms, scroll down to the bottom of your page and select All My Forms. On the All forms tab, select New Collection. Provide a name for your collection and select Create. Your new collection will appear as a tile in the first spot of the top row of your forms.
