Sending money from your ZenBusiness Banking account is easy and simple. You can send money to a linked account or a payee through the following transfer types:
Standard ACH: Free, takes 3 to 5 business days. Limits apply.
Same-day ACH: Free, take 1 to 2 business daysdays. Limits apply.
Wire Transfer: Instant, fees and limits apply
Steps to send money from your ZenBusiness Banking account:
Log in to your ZenBusiness Banking account
Click “Banking” in the left menu, then click “Overview”
Start by clicking “Move Money” on the Banking dashboard
Then select “Send Money” to send money from your Zenbusiness Banking Account.
No payee/ Linked account added
If you want to send money to another account that you own, you can link that account through Plaid for easy transfers.
If you want to send money to someone else, you can add them as a payee.
Payees/ Linked accounts are already added
If you already have linked accounts and payees added, you can select the account or beneficiary where you want to send money, on this screen
Enter the amount, choose transfer type and then click “Review transfer” to proceed
Authorize the transfer in the next step to complete the transfer
Monitoring Your Transfers
Access and review your transaction history to track and verify your transfers.
Follow these steps to view the payment history of a linked account:
1)Log in to your ZenBusiness Banking account
2) Click “Banking” in the left menu and go to “Connected Accounts” or “Payees”
3) Click on the three dots next to the account you want to view payments history for
4) Click “Transaction history”
