    Participant Directed Services (PDS) allows waiver participants to choose a provider for their non-medical waiver services, giving them greater freedom of choice, flexibility and control over their supports and services.     ​The Personal Care Attendant Program helps severely physically disabled adults at risk of being institutionalized to live in their own homes and communities by subsidizing costs of personal attendant services.
