I first thought that vlans aren’t supposed to ping each other. But i saw topics that people wanted that the vlans could ping each other. I'm so confused right now. Can somebody explain which is the most average? en why..

Hi Beau,
If you are using a layer 2 switch the VLANs will not be able to communicate between each other, they will be totally separted, now if you want to enable communication between them, you need to use a layer 3 device in order to interconnect them, you can use: routers, multilayer switches or firewall to accomplish that.
Nowadays the VLANs are able to communicate between each others because the most of the networks are using Layer 3 devices, but if you want to avoid this behavior over layer 3 networks you can apply ACLs, VLAN ACL (VACL) or firewalls.

By default Vlans don't ping each other as they are designed to fragment and isolate devices within the network (this is the logic when working on vlans on layer 2). If you wish to have Vlans communicating with each other then this is accomplished at layer 3 via a router. The process is called inter-vlan routing.
