In some countries and territories, when registering to Payoneer a 29.95 USD registration fee may apply. In countries and territories where the registration fee does not apply, joining Payoneer is free.

There are several ways:
- Get paid by clients to whom you send payment requests: Use Payoneer to request a payment from your client. We’ll send them an email on your behalf with details of the payment and several safe and secure options to pay you online. The funds will land in your Payoneer account within several days of the payment being sent. Learn more.
- Get paid by companies and marketplaces by bank transfer: Payoneer provides you with receiving accounts that allow you to receive local bank transfers in various local currencies (including USD, EUR, GBT, CNY, JPY, AUD, CAD). Payments to your receiving accounts are routed directly to your Payoneer account. Learn more.
- Get paid for services you provide to clients who are also Payoneer customers: Other Payoneer customers can make business-related payments to you. They can pay you in different ways, depending on their eligibility and the services available to them. Learn more here and here.
- Get paid by leading marketplaces: If you provide services through a leading marketplace such as Fiverr, Airbnb, and many others, selecting Payoneer as your payment method means that you can keep more of your earnings (due to lower fees) and access your funds within minutes.
There are several ways:
- Pay other Payoneer customers: Use Payoneer to make a payment to another Payoneer customer. The money it transferred from your balance to your recipient’s balance in minutes.
- Pay suppliers directly to their bank accounts: Use Payoneer to pay your suppliers who are not Payoneer customers. You add your supplier’s bank account details, then make the payment from your balance directly to your supplier’s bank account.

Yes! With Payoneer, you have quick, easy, and low-cost access to your earnings. Simply add your local bank details to your Payoneer account. You’ll then be able to withdraw your funds to your bank account, in your local currency, anytime you want. Once your account is approved, you’ll be able to request a card with the same currency as your account balance (USD, EUR, GBP or CAD). Depending on the terms of your account, you may first need to receive funds or meet other eligibility requirements before you can apply for a card.

You’ll see your balances on the home page of your account. You’ll see a separate balance for each currency you have. From there, you’ll also be able to quickly check any balance on your Payoneer card.
Keep in mind that keeping your account is FREE, and you don’t need to maintain a minimum balance to hold a Payoneer account.
If you do want to close your account, you can always do so by contacting us.
- If your business is not registered, choose Individual.
- If your business is registered or incorporated, for example a registered sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation, choose Company.
Note: Once you've signed up, you won't be able to change your account type from Individual to Company or visa versa.
We are unable to support direct registrations via the Payoneer website from select countries and territories.
Sometimes, to ensure your identity is fully protected and to ensure your payments are processed smoothly, our regulations require us to collect and verify additional details to those we request during the sign-up process.
In addition, we may periodically request additional documents or information as part of complying with the regulations that govern our financial activity in different countries around the world.
Sure, keep the following in mind:
- If your name contains a hyphen or special characters, do not enter them. For example, enter Sue-Ann as Sue Ann.
- If you are signing up as a company, you’ll be asked to enter the name of a company representative authorized to access and use Payoneer on behalf of the company. If your company is a sole proprietorship, enter the name of the sole proprietor.
The email you enter will be your Payoneer username. You’ll use it for signing in to your Payoneer account. At the end of the sign-up process, you’ll be required to verify your email.
As a Payoneer customer, you’ll receive emails:
- to confirm financial transactions and other account activity
- that request information we may need from you from time to time to keep your account running smoothly and securely
- to inform you about possible suspicious activity
- that keep you up to date about new features, promotions, industry trends, and so forth (you can unsubscribe from these types of mails)
Sure, keep the following in mind:
- If you are signing up as an individual, enter your residential address. Do no enter a post office box, care-of address, or public address.
- If you are signing up as a company, enter the physical address of the business. Do not enter a post office box, care-of address, or public address.
- If your company’s official address of registration or incorporation is different from the above, select the relevant check box and additionally provide the registration/incorporation address.
- An address for shipping (for example to deliver a Payoneer card) can be added later, when ordering a card.
Yes. Providing a valid phone number is necessary to ensure smooth payment approvals.
When providing a phone number, you’ll be asked to enter and validate a mobile phone number. We strongly recommend you enter a mobile number, required for two-step verification as well as ongoing communication.
Note: If signing up as a company, provide the best phone number to reach the authorized representative whose name you provided.
Security questions may be used for account verification or to reset your password.
Note: Upon your first sign-in to Payoneer you’ll be asked to provide two additional security questions to help protect your account.
As a regulated financial entity, Payoneer is required to conduct customer due diligence to ensure the safety and security of all its customers. Your identification documents will help us validate your information, ensuring that you are the rightful account owner and preventing fraud and identity theft.
Note: Please ensure the ID you provide is valid. An expired ID will result in delayed account approval or application rejection.
Sure, keep the following in mind:
- Make sure to provide completely accurate bank details to avoid rejected payments or withdrawals later.
- Make sure that the account holder name you enter matches the name you provided at the beginning of the signup process. If you are adding a personal or company account whose account holder name does not match the name you provided at the beginning of the signup process, you’ll be contacted to provide relevant justification and your application may be rejected.
- The bank account you add during signup is for receiving payments or funds you withdraw from your Payoneer balance. If you need to add a bank account to which you want to send payments to suppliers, you’ll be able to do so later from your Payoneer account.
