True Claims Stories

  • Every contact we made, initially by phone and then online, was dealt with punctually, compassionately and effectively. Once we provided relevant documentation every claim - and there were quite a lot - was paid without delay or argument.

    Mary C.

  • My girlfriend and I were traveling as a couple in SE Asia for two months. During this time we both got extremely sick. The company staff of WN maintained contact with me throughout the entire process and refunded all medical expenses and even refunded the late checkout fees at our motel.

    Dan & Stef

  • All of the World Nomads staff we had contact with were professional, courteous and helpful. We dealt with one claims officer the whole time who was very understanding and reasonable, and put a lot of effort into processing our claim.
