How to request a pass on SmartPass? ›

You will want to consider how much time is needed for this pass, and adjust if the pass travel type if you are permitted to do so. Round trip means you are coming back on this pass, while One Way means you will be ending the pass upon arrival. Once these adjustments are set, go ahead and hit send!

Smart Pass Token

Adding, Removing, and Using

To add a favorite room, select the gear icon on the top right of your teacher view, and click "Favorites". From here, simply search for the room you would like to set as a favorite and click on the star to the left of the room name. Once done, you will see it jump to your favorites section.

Your child's data is confidential and secure with SmartPass. We do not use GPS tracking, nor do we track individual student locations, but we provide valuable insights to ensure students are where they should be.

The app does not account for the fact that some people may need more time outside of class than others. This app does not take into account students who have health issues such as IBS, excretory problems, or menstrual cramps. Some students also need mental health breaks throughout the day.

From the admin dashboard, navigate to the "Explore" tab on the far left and select the "Passes" page. Select a few passes, or utilize the box at the top to delete all passes. Once these passes have been selected, press the three dots in the top right corner, and press delete.

A Smart Pass PIN is a 4-digit number you set while activating Smart Pass. Use this to authorise Mobile Banking transactions on the same device that has Smart Pass activated on it.
