What are the subscription options?
We offer annual and monthly subscriptions. All provide unlimited access to Educative’s courses.
Monthly – You receive unlimited access to Educative courses for 30 days.
Annual Standard – You receive unlimited access to Educative courses for twelve months. Note that you will pay the entire amount upon purchase.
Standard Two-year- You have unlimited access to Educative courses for 24 months. Note that you will pay the entire amount upon purchase.
Premium Annual - You have unlimited access to Educative courses for 12 months. In addition, you will have access to Projects and Personalized learning plans. Note that you will pay the entire amount upon purchase.
Premium Two-year - You have unlimited access to Educative courses for 24 months. In addition, you will have access to Projects and Personalized learning plans. Note that you will pay the entire amount upon purchase.
Yearly Premium Plus - You have unlimited access to Educative courses for 12 months. In addition, you will have access to Projects, Personalized learning plans, and CloudLabs. Note that you will pay the entire amount upon purchase.
Two-year Premium Plus - You have unlimited access to Educative courses for 24 months. In addition, you will have access to Projects, Personalized learning plans, and CloudLabs. Note that you will pay the entire amount upon purchase.
Team subscription - This is a great option for smaller teams who want to get started quickly.

I want to explore the course content before buying a subscription. Can I do that?
We have a few options for you to check out Educative courses before you buy:
- Free courses - Educative offers several free courses, including ‘from scratch’ courses which are designed for learning a new coding language.
- Free 7‑day Educative trial - With our extensive library of hands-on content, you’ll be able to learn anything you put your mind to. Your free trial will give you access to the vast majority of our courses.
- Preview lessons - Every Educative course has FREE preview lessons so you can check out the course before you buy.
Can I pay in installments?
We support installment payments through PayPal credit.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel auto renewal of your subscription through the transactions page of your account.
If you cancel during your subscription period, you will continue to enjoy unlimited access to Educative courses until the end of your subscription period. We will not issue a refund. However, your subscription will not renew at the end of your current subscription period and you will not be charged again unless you purchase another subscription.
For example, you purchased an annual subscription on January 1. You request a cancellation on March 1. You will continue to enjoy unlimited access to Educative until the end of the original subscription period (December 31) for which you have already paid. We will not issue a refund.
After December 31, your subscription has ended and you will no longer have access to Educative.
Can I extend my subscription period?
We are so glad that you have liked the courses on Educative and want to extend your subscription period. You can extend your subscription through here.
Can I still login to Educative after my subscription ends?
Yes. You will still be able to sign into Educative and retain your course history.
Once your subscription has expired, you will no longer have access to paid courses.
How do I generate an invoice to receive reimbursem*nt from my employer?
Please follow these steps to create an invoice.
- Click your profile picture on the left sidebar.
- Click Edit
- Scroll all the way down and click Purchases
- Click Generate Invoice for your purchase(s).
If you want to add your company name and address, scroll all the way down the page to input this information.
