Organics & Regenerative Agriculture
We’re committed to more sustainable growing. On our in Canandaigua, NY, we use regenerative farming practices and crop rotation to grow the most flavorful produce.

We created 560,000 pounds of compost at our Organic Farm in 2023, equivalent to 14 tractor trailer loads of food kept out of landfills.

Eliminating Waste
Our zero-waste initiatives include donating excess food to area food banks and farms, a commitment to composting, and exploring new recycling programs for materials such as waxed cardboard.

In 2023, 76.1 million pounds of waste was diverted from landfills, equivalent to more than 1,500 shipping containers.

Sustainable Packaging
We’re focused on reducing plastic packaging and instead using packaging made from renewable or recycled material, which uses fewer resources.

“The launch of the Smartstock cutlery program was the result of two employees submitting the suggestion during a sustainability competition. We eliminated 600,000 pounds of plastic and foam packaging in 2023, equal to the height of more than 500 Empire State Buildings.
