“ | It means you have no clue how this city works. You didn’t compete with my artists on a level playing field. You merely set up a circus act by hijacking their concerts. It swayed public opinion alright, but it was all flash! In truth, your “music revolution” agenda is nothing more than an act of impulse! Tell me, how do you intend to run the city if you win? What about the hundreds of NSR employees who will be thrown out of work? Have you considered the inevitable insurgence from the people who still genuinely love EDM? Can you really run the city under those circ*mstances? | „ |

Tatiana Qwartz, or by her former stage name, Kul Fyra, is the main antagonist of Metronomik's 2020 indie video game No Straight Roads.
Tatiana is the CEO of the titular company and makes sure that rock is restricted from Vinyl City. However, she performed as Kul Fyra, a legendary rock performer, after her possession of the guitar was exposed while battling Bunk Bed Junction’s Mayday and Zuke.
She is voiced by Priscilla Patrick in the English version, Yuuko Yamash*ta in the Japanese version, Céline Monsarrat in the French version, and Ethel Houbiers in the Spanish version.
Biography[]
Years prior to the events of No Straight Roads, Tatiana was a rock musician known as Kul Fyra. She was one of the top in the world until her band, The Goolings, broke up. From then on, she sought to enforce order throughout her hometown of Vinyl City. She presumably founded NSR, a company that runs Vinyl City with each of the 5 districts having a charter, that being the top artist there.
She and the city's charters held the Lights Up Audition to find the next megastar. They turn down Bunk Bed Junction (Mayday and Zuke) because they play rock, and promptly bans rock from all future auditions. Mayday and Zuke revolt, and take over all 5 districts with the help of Kliff. They then engage in a fight with Tatiana, and it is revealed that she is Kul Fyra. The three of them team up against Kliff as he turns on them, and save NSR Tower from the satellite he sent to crash into it. Tatiana lifts the ban on rock after she realizes that Vinyl City is most prosperous when everyone can play their own music.
