3.Additives
Adding a small amount of red dry oil to the gold ink in winter can speed up the drying speed; adding a small amount of bright paste or transparent yellow to the metal can enhance the ink affinity and transferability of the gold ink, increase the brightness and viscosity, and reduce the gold ink accumulationand improve liquidity. Adding stearic acid amide surfactant during ink adjustment can make the gold powder fully wet, disperse and float in the binder,reducingthe phenomenon of paste and pile up in the process of ink transfer.
