What is the Receiving accounts questionnaire?
The Receiving account questionnaire is a step in the receiving account approval process. The questionnaire helps us get to know more about your business to make sure your line of business is eligible to use receiving accounts.
You’ll be asked to complete the receiving account questionnaire when you request receiving accounts for the first time, and you’ll only need to complete the questionnaire once.
In addition to the questionnaire, you may be requested to submit personal or company ID verification documents, as well as verify your bank account.
How to complete the Receiving account questionnaire?
You will be asked to provide the following information:
- What do you mainly use your Payoneer account for? Please elect the option that best suits your current or planned use of Payoneer.
- Select the category that best describes your line of business: Please select from the dropdown menu.
- Briefly describe your business. For example, who are your customers? What services or products do you provide? Please explain what your business is, which product(s)/service(s) you provide, and who your customers are.
- Provide the URL to your business’s web site or your online store’s web page: Please use this to indicate how your customers find/reach you online, and how you advertise your product(s)/service(s). Do not provide URL to a website that is offline or under construction.
Make sure the web site contains at least 2 of the following:
- Your first name and last name
- Your company name shown in your website email address
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your primary address that matches the address in your Payoneer profile settings
- Your picture
Sellers
- If you sell goods on your own website, provide a link to your business’s website.
- If you sell goods on a hosted platform (for example, you sell on marketplaces such as Amazon) enter the full web address of your business/store’s page (for example: www.amazon.com/mystore, www.ebay.com/mystore). Please make sure your store is active and has items listed for sale.
- If you are in the process of opening an online store on a marketplace site and don’t yet have the full store URL, provide us with the URL to the marketplace in general for now. We’ll contact you if we require more details.
Service providers/Freelancers
- If you provide services via a hosted platform, enter the full web address to the web page where your services are described, for example a freelancer platform profile page, personal website, or LinkedIn profile page (for example, www.fiverr.com/mypage, www.facebook.com/mybusiness, www.upwork.com/profile).
Company employees
- If you work for a company, enter that company’s website URL.
- What is the connection to the web pageor URL provided? Please select the option that best describes your connection to the web page you provided.
- What is your business’s average monthly payment volume (incoming + outgoing)?Please select the relevant option.
After filling out all the questions, please click Submit.
Can I start receiving payments if my Receiving account questionnaire was not reviewed and approved by Payoneer?
Once you have submitted the questionnaire, and all your other documents have been submitted and approved, you may start receiving payments via your Payoneer receiving accounts. Please note that we may ask you to provide additional information via email once you actively start receiving payments.
