Balance Credit's website is very user-friendly. I haven't been needing to call them. Whatever I needed, I was able to obtain through their website. And it's very easy to manage. Once I put my information online, Balance Credit called me to do a bank verification. I was on the phone and we called my bank right away to get the verification done. Once I signed my documents and submitted those, they said they would have that to me as soon as possible. They gave me a date. And the next day, I saw the funds in my account. Everything took three days tops. They were there at the time I needed a little something to help me out with the situation. And I've enjoyed them.

Balance Credit is probably the best of all those companies that put out high-interest loans. I did the application online, and it was easy. It only took five minutes. However, this is a company that I only use out of necessity. They're one of those high interest loan companies that give loans to people that can't get loans anywhere else. Unfortunately, I don't have any stories where I can say, "Oh, I broke my leg. And I got a high interest loan from these people. And they helped me fix my broken leg." Every time I apply for a loan, it makes me sick to my stomach when I see how much I'm paying in interest, but it is what it is. The loan I got is for five months at 500% interest.

I had gotten an email saying that I was able to refinance a loan that I had with Balance. It gave me a date, which was over the weekend, and I missed that date. I called that Monday or Tuesday and told them I got an offer but it just expired. I asked if I could still take good on the offer and they said no, but they really couldn't explain why it was just for that allotted amount of time. I didn't understand why the offer would just be for five days and I was curious what the difference is in that five days versus on the sixth day. But they were not very helpful and I don't know if it was a language barrier or something.

I pay on time, but the payment is so high, I'm having trouble paying my other bills and buying groceries. I'm gonna call Balance Credit and see if there's something they can do to redo it at a lower rate since I'm a repeat customer. They can still make plenty of money, but they need to lower their interest rates. It would also be really great if they had a way to select different payment plans on the website instead of just one big payment. That would be very beneficial, and I would like it more if they could do that. Overall, Balance Credit's rates are so high, but if I had a friend that was in dire straits and needed a loan, maybe I would recommend them.

Balance Credit was good with me when I had troubles with stuff. It was easy to process and follow along with what they needed, and they typically answered quickly with the decision. They're easy to work with, they're super relatable with any issues I may have while asking to borrow money from them, and they're always willing to go above and beyond to help me out with what I need. I would call them. The wait time is usually long, which is normal. But they answered the questions quickly. They approved me based off of what they thought I could afford. And by that, they helped me pay off some hunger debts and have extra cash when needed. Living in each state has their own percentage, but if I couldn't pay regularly, they're usually good about making it affordable so I wouldn't fall behind.

Process

It was easy to apply for a loan with Balance Credit. Their process wasn't too complicated and it took an hour or so to complete. I've been using them for a little more than a year now and I haven't had a problem with them yet.

Punctuality & Speed

Used when didn't have the time to go through the traditional loan companies, was very fast! I will pay mine off early but the only issue is what you pay back in interest! The feed are higher. The APR is out or this world, still very fast! Had my money the next day!

I am very satisfied with my service applied $ was on my account by midnight. I really don't understand why people get mad when they have to pay interest when only paying the minimum. These loans are convenient and easy to get but keep in mind, you need to plan it carefully so you can pay more than the minimum and pay it off as soon as you can to avoid the interest. There is no payoff time so you can pay it off anytime with little interest. I am currently using them right now and have my plan in place.
