I love Wayfair and have been ordering from them for many years. I have spent thousands of dollars, my home is practically fully furnished by Wayfair! I love their nice selection and their great sales. I have always had excellent customer service whenever I call and no issues with returns. If items are damaged in shipping they send out a replacement right away. I am honestly surprised to read all these complaints against them. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Wayfair.

I would give Wayfair more stars if I could. I recently ordered a rocker recliner that when delivered had a small imperfection on the recliner footrest. Wayfair asked me to take a picture and they would forward it to the manufacturer for help. The Resolution team kept in constant contact and when the manufacturer failed to respond Wayfair took over. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. What a great Company and Resolution team.

Fantastic buying experience at Wayfair. I bought a dining room table and chairs from Wayfair, everything about the purchase was perfect. Easy to search, select and buy on their website. Excellent communication throughout the process. After purchase, they gave me a shipping window and later sent me an email with a delivery day and time which was within the original window. I wasn’t going to be home during the delivery day and called customer service to change the date. Furniture arrived on the selected date and they assembled the furniture and placed in my dining room. They removed all packing material and cleaned all remaining bits of styrofoam clinging to the furniture. We are very pleased with our new dining table and chairs. I highly recommend Wayfair!

I've ordered many things from Wayfair - furniture, lighting, blinds... And I just had an amazing experience that prompted this review. Some painters working with my roofers lost the bolt for an outdoor light fixture I had just put up. I was SO bummed. I messaged Wayfair through their online chat on the off chance they could help, and in minutes they had mailed me a free replacement hardware kit. Amazing. Couldn't be happier! The quality of all the items I've purchased has always been great. Couldn't recommend more.

I have been a Wayfair customer for quite some time, and I absolutely adore the quality of their merchandise. In October, I made the decision to purchase some new quilts for my mother. The assortment of colors, quality, and incredible discounts made it a breeze to select the items, and I snatched them up at the ideal moment. After approximately one week, I received an email with delivery instructions stating that it would be delivered today. Despite diligently monitoring the area where I was expecting it, nothing materialized.
After another week passed, I made contact with Christina, a representative from Texas, who I found to be an exceptional person. Her pleasant demeanor and sincere apologies for the misunderstanding, which was not her fault. She then requested that I check my porch's surveillance cameras and discovered that the item had been stolen. I anticipated that it would be my responsibility that I would not receive my items back. However, Christina performed her magic and obtained another set for me without charging me a dime. While reassuring her client, she was courteous, thoughtful, and thoughtful once more. She informed me that it was her third day on the job. If the Wayfair supervisor is reading this, she deserves a promotion for her outstanding performance and outstanding customer service. I haven't had the pleasure of conversing with someone more pleasant in quite some time. Christina from Texas, many thanks for continuing to do what you enjoy.

I placed an order for 1000 dollars and Wayfair sent part of my order to the wrong address in another town yet refuse to replace that part of my order. It was only a blanket but they are rude, and lack common sense and clearly don’t want me as a returning customer. I spoke to 4 different employees and got a different answer each time. I will never spend my money with this rip off store again.

The worst! Wayfair has the absolute worst customer service. They will not help you, or even try to resolve an issue. Wayfair has nice products, but terrible customer service. Try to find the items that you want at another retailer. I will NEVER purchase another item from them.

I ordered a dining room storage table. I scheduled the delivery and it did not get delivered. According to the support center someone decided not to load it for delivery. Big problem - Wayfair never contacted me to inform me that they were not going to deliver my order. The order was supposed to be delivered sometime between 7AM and 7 PM. It was a huge inconvenience that I was to wait all day for the delivery. But Wayfair wasn't even considerate enough to inform me that they had decided to not deliver.

Purchased two dressers from this company and they have fallen apart. The first within 2 months and the second within 4. We contacted them and let them know and they said they couldn’t replace or fix the problem stating we only had 30 days to report issues. This product is garbage. The return or replacement policy is garbage. Will never purchase again.

Wayfair is a scam site and this Consumer Affairs site is protecting it. They are both misleading sites trying to dupe people into getting scammed. Wayfair is definitely not a legit site and Facebook along with other websites are refusing to go after scammers that advertise on their sites. They have given scammers a venue to prey on people. DO NOT TRUST WAYFAIR, FACEBOOK ADVERTISERS FOR CHEAP PRODUCTS FROM OVERSEAS, or CONSUMERAFFAIRS.COM!!!
