Unclaimed Funds Search

An unclaimed funds public search utility is located at https://ucfl.uscourts.gov. The unclaimed funds public search utility may be used to search unclaimed funds records maintained in several bankruptcy courts including Oregon.

Property becomes unclaimed if the holder cannot reach the owner for a specified time period, generally three years. Check the table on the Department of State Lands (DSL) Web site for specific dormancy periods. Contact owners to return their property.
