Tsukuyomi is FAST, with a maxed-out Agility stat so your first priority should be to debuff his accuracy and evasion, to make hitting him much easier.
His False Replication Skill will create three duplicates of himself, all with the same amount of life as the original had when he used the skill, if you fail to hit the correct one, then Tsukuyomi will heal himself some next turn.
The lower the health, the more duplicates he will create.

If you manage to hit the real one, it will cause him to use True Replication on his next turn instead of healing. These duplicates will all be able to take a turn next round and can be dangerous. Some can even use the Debilitate skill.
His Yabusame Shot hits your whole party, it will ignore all resistances and always be critical hits, it’s usually his opening attack,
