If not for UCFS, I would’ve never opened my own business. The speed and efficiency of how they process, verify and fund on contracts means my business runs great! I have spoken to 2 people since originally using UCFS. The customer service is night and day! I actually have never seen such good customer service from a place you pay bills to. They are actually very helpful and considerate. The first person I spoke to recently, I thought was a one-off and I just got lucky. I had to call back a second time and that person was not the same, but also just as helpful. It really makes a difference when you are trying to pay bills but life comes at you like 2020.
