Pipetting Precaution

First of all, remember do not pipette if the tip is not installed. At the beginning of the sample pipettingoperation, it is necessary tokeep it slow and stableby preventingthe samplefrom entering the solutionextractor, in case of the occurrence of air leakagedue to the excessive speed. To obtain high precision, it is essential to extract the sample solutiononce before the formal pipetting, especially whendealing withthe serum protein solution or organic solvent.

It is possible to forma “liquid film” on the inner wall, which wouldcauseasmalldrainage volume. In particular, it is strictly forbidden to extractsolutions with strong volatility and strong corrosiveness, such as concentrated acid andalkaline.

1. Aspiration and drainage
Vertical aspiration; the tip of the tip is immersed in the liquid surface below 3mm. 2. Pipette placement

Other Precautions
