Lightning Ring is quite a powerful weapon to have in your Vampire Survivor runs, and evolving it into a Thunder Loop gives it a tremendous power-up, as it effectively doubles the attack speed and leaves a lingering circle that does damage.
How to get and evolve the Lightning Ring:
Unlocking the Lightning Ring is fairly easy to do as it is necessary to defeat “just” 5,000 enemies of any kind. Five-thousand enemies may seem like a high number, but it’s definitely something that will naturally come to your achievements list over time (Oh boy, I bet you can’t wait to hear how you need 3000 Dragon Shrimps defeated specifically on the Gallo Tower stage in order to unlock O’ Sole Meeo).
Once you unlock the Lightning Ring, you can also unlock the character Porta Ladonna, by leveling it to Level 4. Porta Ladonna has the Ring as the starting weapon.
In order to upgrade the Lightning Ring into the Thunder Loop, you need to choose at least the first level of the Duplicator, and have the Lightning Ring at max level. After this is done, you are eligible to roll an Evolution from one of the chests that you pick up during the game from the defeated bosses.
If you do not have the Duplicator unlocked, you can simply do it by getting the Magic Wand to Level 7 during any game. Magic Wand is also the starting weapon of Imelda Belpaese, but is also one of the initially available ones when you first start playing Vampire Survivors, which you can freely choose as you level up any character from scratch.

Lightning Ring is a weapon in Vampire Survivors. It is the starting weapon of Porta Ladonna. It is unlocked by defeating 5,000 enemies. Lightning Ring can be evolved into Thunder Loop with Duplicator.
The Santa Water starts incredibly weak, but by Level 8 it becomes one of the more powerful weapons. Its evolved form, La Borra, is arguably the best weapon in the game. The only problem with La Borra is that it only covers the center of the screen, or more precisely, the area around the character.
Crown is required for the evolution of Pentagram, Gorgeous Moon. It is also required for the evolution of Prismatic Missile, Luminaire, in which Crown must also be fully leveled. Crown can be found as a stage item in Cappella Magna, Moongolow, Boss Rash, Lake Foscari, and Abyss Foscari.
Spinach is a passive item in Vampire Survivors. It is unlocked by default. Spinach increases Might by 10% per level. Spinach is required for the evolution of Fire Wand, Hellfire.
Evolved santa water is easily the best DPS in the game, get the aoe buff passive as well for extra lols. Evolved birds, amazing dps. Song is better than bible imo, unless you require the knock back (you should not), esp with the aoe buff passive, its massive. Lightning ring.
Possibly the best weapon combination in Vampire Survivors is the Bloody Tear and Crimson Shroud. Both are fantastic on their own but can make players practically invisible when used together. As mentioned, the Bloody Tear deals tremendous damage and restores eight health upon landing a critical hit.
King bible is the best weapon in the game. Pre-evolution, it scales off of every modifier (duration, projectile amount, area, damage and cooldown ALL do something, where in other weapons at least 1 modifier is usually ignored.)
Red Death is one of the most overpowered characters in Vampire Survivors. It has the highest movement speed in the game, starts with 255 health (base value is 100), and deals 20% additional damage. Its starting weapon is the Death Spiral, the evolved form of the Axe.
Toastie is a secret character with passive bonuses, let's call them penalties in Toastie's case, which make it the most difficult character to use in Vampire Survivors.
Of all of the heroes available to you at the beginning, Imelda is the easiest Vampire Survivors character to use. Her starting weapon is the Magic Wand, which always attacks the nearest enemy. She also has a static buff that increases the amount of experience she gets when she picks up crystals.
King Bible is a weapon in Vampire Survivors. It is the starting weapon of Dommario. It is unlocked by default, and can be offered to the player from the start. It can be evolved into Unholy Vespers with Spellbinder.
Santa Water is a weapon in Vampire Survivors. It is the starting weapon of Suor Clerici. It is unlocked by default, and can be offered to the player from the start. Santa Water can be evolved into La Borra with Attractorb.
