    Al momento de segmentar los competidores es muy importante entender contra quien competís. Recuerdo cuando trabajé en ABInbev habíamos definido como competencia toda bebida que se consumo en ocasiones de consumo donde la cerveza está presente. Y eso modificaba muchísimo el pricing porque por ejemplo en una Discoteca los tragos, el fernet eran competencia fundamental, sin embargo en el supermercado los tragos no eran competencia y si lo era el vino. Eso nos ayuda a entender que nuestro producto y nuestra competencia tienen precios diferenciales de acuerdo a la situación de consumo.
