We cover 50 per cent of the treatment costs for artificial insemination for the married partner who is insured with TK. This also extends to any medication prescribed in connection with this treatment. The share we cover is billed directly via the eHealth card.
We pay a further allowance of up to 500 EUR towards your share of the costs for in vitro fertilisation (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). If only one married partner is insured with us, we can only cover the costs incurred for this person. Please send us the invoice for your share of the costs.
Follow the steps below to get a reimbursem*nt from TK.
1. Prior to treatment: submit the treatment plan for approval

2. After treatment: receive your allowance
To receive your allowance, send us the invoice for your share of the costs together with your bank details. You can upload your documents via the TK-App. Alternatively, you can use "Meine TK" ["My TK"] stating "Artificial Insemination":
