They will always try to ensure that their reputation with the guests is maintained properly because only if more guests use their platform will they be able to fill your calendars.

There are different types of Airbnb listing suspensions. They range from 5 days to a few weeks to permanent suspension. The five-day suspension sees hosts lose five days of booking potential. Airbnb does not remove any bookings or delete any reservations during this time.

If the listing is suspended, the brokerage will stop marketing your home. But, the original terms of the contract will still be in effect. That means you will continue to be bound to the original agreement and could not, for example, re-list your home with a different brokerage during the remainder of the contract.

Depending on the nature of the violation, Airbnb may also take other actions, such as canceling an upcoming or active reservation, refunding a guest from a Host's payout, and/or requiring Hosts to provide proof that they have addressed issues before they can resume hosting.

Listings that have been identified for removal will be shown in Listing issues found within Insights. Once your listing is removed from Airbnb, it will no longer be accessible on your Listings.

If your guest refuses to leave after you've gotten Airbnb involved, you may have no choice but to initiate legal eviction procedures. This could involve serving an official notice and possibly even getting the authorities involved.

Hosts are not allowed to have security cameras and recording devices that monitor any part of a listing's interior, such as the listing's hallway, bedroom, bathroom, living room, or guest house, even if they're turned off or disconnected. Hidden security cameras are strictly prohibited.
