Yes, of course your credit score is affected when payments are late. They're impacted even more if the account is turned over to collections. If you think because you're in India, so-far-away-that eBay can't come after you for money owed you have another think coming. There are world wide debt collectors! That's no small sum of money!
Please provide more details. I understand India has managed payment payout through Payoneer and you need to attach a credit card for seller fees. Seller fees are your label costs, refunds when your payouts are still on hold, and when your final value fees exceeds the buyer's payment. Is there a reason eBay couldn't get their fees from your credit card?
