- You've activated UPI Lite on another payment app.
- Your bank currently does not support UPI Lite
- Your bank may be facing some technical issues
- You have already activated UPI Lite on PhonePe
- Your bank account is linked to UPI Lite on three payment apps across all payment apps
Please check the above before trying to add money to UPI Lite again.
