Hi there, jedward.
Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I'm happy to provide details about receiving ACH payments through QuickBooks Online.
ACH payments are electronic money transfers that pull money from a customer’s bank account into yours. Having this option is another way for you to get paid quicker and easier. QuickBooks Payments offers next-day deposit, or instant if you have a QuickBooks Checking account. There is a 1% processing rate for ACH. Lastly, there is a limit for some QuickBooks Online Payments users of how much they can get paid online for both ACH bank transfers or credit cards in a 30-day period. I recommend reaching out to a member of the QBO Payments Support Team to check how much the limit you have for getting paid online is. Here's how to get in touch with the team:
1. Click the Help (?) button.
2. Select either tab to get started:
- Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
- Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
a. Start a chat with a support expert.
b. Get a callback from the next available expert.
