When analyzing feedback, it takes having an open mind state and assessing yourself to see where you can improve and thrive. Also knowing your strengths and weaknesses are key. This can give you leverage over your competition to thrive in the areas you may be stronger in and take the necessary action (trainings, certifications, workshops) needed for the areas you are weak. Considering the source is key. If this is someone who is competent in this area and is giving you open knowledge and help...receive it. If multiple people are telling you the same thing pay attention to those areas and do your own research. Trends are constantly changing, stay relevant and knowledgeable and don't be afraid to go the extra mile to help yourself.
