Annoyingly Kratos TECHNICALLY wins, BUT Asura has been shown to have the power to beat Kratos' ass tremendously with no effort. Asura's accomplishments surpass Kratos' immensely, but because they just decided Kratos, who's strength is almost the same as captain america's, can explode the earth HE CAN and Asura doesn't beat him because of it.
