The Zod rune is the rarest drop in the game. The highest drop chance for a Zod rune is 1:2,987,183 from Hell Baal's quest drop. Even though a Zod rune is only used in one runeword, Breath of the Dying, the power to make any socketed item Indestructble and its low drop chane, still makes it very valuable item.
You can cube 2 Cham runes and a flawless emerald together to get aZod rune.
A Zod rune requires level 69 to use. When you socket an item with aZod rune, you increase the level requirement to level 69, unless it was already higher.
