The Barracks are buildings that allows the player to train and dismiss soldiers. The player may have as many Barracks as they wish, as long as the total number of Manor, barracks and Infirmary does not exceed 17. Multiple barracks will increase barracks capacity. Either infantry, ranged, cavalry, or siege engine troop types can be trained at once, of up to 5 different tiers (see below). Higher-tier troops must first be researched to train them.
Upgrading the Barracks will increase the number of soldiers that can be trained at once. At Level 6, the turf will receive a bonus Army DEF increase of 1%, 2% at Level 12, 3% at Level 18, 4% at Level 24 and 10% at Level 25.
