Changing or deleting details in my PhonePe account

How do I change my PhonePe mobile number?
You cannot change the mobile number with which you have registered on PhonePe. If you wish to register on PhonePe with a different number, you must delete your existing PhonePe account, and create a new account with the other number.

How do I unlink my bank account on PhonePe?
To unlink your bank account,
- Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen.
- TapBank accounts under the Payment Methods.
- Select the bank account.
- Tap Unlink Bank Account at the bottom of the screen.

How do I remove my saved card details?
If you wish to removecard details of a card that you have saved,
- Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen.
- Tap Debit & Credit Cards under Payment Methods section.
- Select the card and tap Remove Card.

How do I change my UPI IDs on PhonePe?
You do not have the option to change or customise your UPI IDs on PhonePe, once created.

Can I delete all my payment details on PhonePe?
As per RBI's guidelines, users of any payment app cannotbe allowed to delete their payment details from the app.
