Your PhonePe account is inactiveas it has not been used for a while now.
What can I do?
If you wish to start using your account again, please raise a request with us by tapping Activate my Account and following the steps below.
- Enter your PhonePe registered mobile number, and tap Next.
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and tap Submit and Get Help.
- Tap Unable to Login, and then tap Reactivate Account.
Note:
- If your account was inactive for less than 30 days, it will be reactivated once you submit this request
- If your account has been inactive for more than 30 days,you’ll have to submit the required details to reactivate your account.
