Charms are powerups unique to Gates of Gog. They're useless outside Gog City. All players start with the same 9 charms, and there are 39in total.
Charms are divided in Attack, Defense and Utility Charms. Every charm gives a bonus to stats and has a special power and an activation condition. The bonuses go as follows:
- Attack charms: bonus to Damage
- Defense charms: bonus to Health
- Utility Charms: bonus to Gold
Once unlocked, charms are added to the player's Collection. While inside a Gate, the game will draw three charms from the player's collection. The player will have to pick one, that'll be summoned and added to the game. Once the activation condition is met, the Charm will cast its special power.
Players can have multiple copies of the same charm active at the same time.
