If your private home becomes inhabitable because of loss or damage caused by any of the insured risks, we will pay the reasonable cost of renting similar accommodation for the period you cannot live in your home (up to 15% of the sum insured).

If your rented property becomes inhabitable because of loss or damage caused by any of the insured risks, we will pay the amount of rent you would have received if your home was letorthe rent for which you as a tenant are legally responsible.
