How can I create an advertiser account?
Creating an advertiser account in Disney Campaign Manager is easy. Simply sign up for our beta by providing your name and some basic information about your business. Once we verify your business, you will receive an invitation via email that will guide you through setting up your advertiser account. (For most advertisers, the verification process will take 24-48 hours.) From there, you can enter the Disney Campaign Manager platform and start building your campaign.
If we cannot verify your business, you will receive an email detailing instructions for verifying via a different method.
What should I do if I’m having trouble logging in?
Can’t log in to your account? Here are a few quick fixes that should get you up and running in no time.
If you can’t find your activation email, check your spam and promotions folders. You can also click the “Resend” button on the login page to have a new invitation sent to your email.
If you see a 403 error after clicking on an activation link, try the following workarounds:
- Use an incognito window
- Use a different browser
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Remove ad blockers (if enabled)
