We are Capita, an independent company working with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in England and Wales, and the Department for Communities (DfC) in Northern Ireland to carry out Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) assessments.We work alongside Maximus who deliver assessments on behalf of Capita.
Our role is to understand your health condition or disability, supporting the DWP and DfC to assess your claim fairly and accurately. The DWP or DfC will look at the assessment report and supporting evidence you have provided to make a decision on your claim.
