If you have an assessment already scheduled, the new provider will carry that out and contact you with the information about your assessment with them. You must continue to provide any information requested by or on behalf of the DWP. Failure to do this may affect your benefit. Your assessment letter will contain all the information you need so please read it carefully.
Any outstanding actions will be passed on to the new assessment provider to manage. They will follow the same procedures that all providers have committed to.
