HELPS is a 501(c)(3)charitable organization. We are classified as as a charity by the IRS. Around one third of our clients receive our services for free. Our suggested fees are based on our client's ability to pay. We are largely supported by our client's small monthly payments. No contracts are signed. HELPS may be terminated at any time.

Household Income Under $800 a month.

Entirely free. If a client is able and desires to make a payment, he or she may make a 5 to 10 dollar monthly payment. Any contributed amount is optional.

Household Income $800-999 a month.

The first 30 days are free.
Suggested $20 a month for 24 months.
$10 per month thereafter
After four years, our services are entirely free. This means after four years, a person may remain our client as long as desired, but we do not charge any fees.
