When you invest in a property with the Stake, the money you make from renting it out goes into your Stake wallet. Usually, the stake will give you your share of the rental money every month. We take out all the costs of running the property first, like fees and maintenance, and then give you what's left.
If you want to learn about stake then check this link.
Once you get your money, it'll show up in your Stake wallet as available cash. You can either take it out and put it in your bank account or use it to invest in another property on Stake.
When your investment period ends, we'll sell the property. After we cover all the selling costs, we'll give you your share of the money from the sale, depending on how much you invested. Then your investment is finished, and we close down the project.
