How do I get Ebay to call me back? ›

At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.

You can click under the HELP AND CONTACT link at the bottom of this page and receive a callback.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen, click "contact us" Drill down to the topic you need assistance with. Then on the left hand side select chat with automated assistant. When the chat box pops up if live help is needed click "see more" then click "contact an agent".

There is nothing you can or should do. The seller either didn't receive the messages for whatever reason, or did and chose not to answer. Sellers have no obligation to answer questions, and you need to move on to another seller if that doesn't work for you.
