Well it depends, if you like the gameplay and interests you, buy the complete if not then get the regular, but remember the complete edition has 4 story mission dlcs that the normal version does not. The original game missions are only 21, factor in the dlc and you have 25 missions.

Its a satisfyingly long game. I have got the 100% completion + all achievements in 30 hours. It was a bit of a speedrun. If you do it normally without any guides it should take around 40 hours.
