Your Google Play balance is credit that you can use to buy apps, games and digital content on Google Play. Here’s how you can add money to top up your balance:
It's not possible to share or transfer content between accounts on Google Play, even if you own both accounts. If you have multiple accounts on your device, make sure that you sign in to the account that you want to use before you complete your purchase.

Google Play gift cards aren't eligible to be used as a family payment method or for underage user accounts.
If you’ve bought an app on the wrong account, contact the app developer. They may be able to refund your purchase so that you can buy it again on the account that you want to use.
Google Play recharge code is a pre-paid digital code that you can enter in your Google Play account to recharge it. After this recharge you can use the Google Play Recharge balance to purchase music, games, applications, e-books, and more.
Most gift cards will have a toll-free number on the back of them that you can call to get your balance. Flip the card over to the side with the black card strip and locate the phone number on the back of the card.

There's some bad news! You can't transfer your Google Play gift card balance to another account. But you should not allow the gift card to go to waste.
Q. Can I use Google Pay without a bank account? You don't need to link your bank account to use Google Pay—you can just add a debit or credit card, though that will only work to pay merchants directly. If you want to use the app to send or request money, you will need to link a bank account.
