- Log in to your account.
- Go to Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Domains.
- Click the domain for which you want to retrieve the authorization code.
- In the Authorization Code field, click the Send by Email hyperlink.
- Click OK.
- Click OK again.
You can find it using the following steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Select “Domains” in the left menu bar.
- Select the domain you plan to transfer.
- Click on the “Transfer out” tab for that domain.
- Click “Copy” to copy the code, or click “Generate a new code”.
- Provide the code to your new registrar when requested.

- Click Domains within the Account Manager.
- Click the hidden dropdown menu. Select Registry Key.
- If no UDAI or EPP code shows then click reset. It may take 10-15 minutes before the code shows, repeat the process until the code shows.
