The Application Virtualization Server Management Console lets you enable or disable Windows authentication, which lets you to define who has access to the system. You can use the following procedures to set up and disable authentication from the Provider Policies Results pane of the console.

However, after some research and some information, I got from the Authenticator app thread the only way to bypass the Microsoft Authenticator is to use another authentication method such as a phone number authentication method.
