How can I talk to a real person at Paramount Plus? ›

Perform a soft restart > System> Reset Admin>Soft Power Cycle>Select Yes. If you still have an issue, please restart the modem/router then relaunch the Paramount+ app. Press the Home button on your remote, then go to: Settings > Apps > System Apps.
