I don't have a printer. Can I use the DHLitNow service or book by phone?
If you are unable to print parcel labels, please do not use DHLitNow or DHL by Phone to make your booking. This is because you must have a printer to print the label for your parcel.
Without a label, your package will be unable to get to its destination and the courier will be unable to accept your package.
If you don’t have access to a printer, please take your parcel a DHL Service Point where staff in store will print the label for your parcel.
I have completed a booking on DHLitNow but my printer isn't working, what do I do?
