Request modification or removal of a PokéStop or Gym
We will remove PokéStops or Gyms from Pokémon GO for a very specific and limited set of reasons:
There’s no longer safe pedestrian access to the location.
The PokéStop or Gym obstructs or interferes with Emergency Services’ ability to perform normal operations. This includes, but isn’t limited to, fire stations, police stations, hospitals, military bases, industrial sites, power plants and air traffic control towers.
The PokéStop or Gym is not a permanent installation. This includes seasonal displays that are only put up during certain times of the year.
They are natural features, including pictures of landscapes as well as submissions where the subject is a lake, river, stream, mountain, volcano, waterfall. Note that photos that include man-made points of interest - plaques, signs, etc. - near natural features are acceptable.
The PokéStop or Gym has been permanently removed or is a duplicate of an existing PokéStop or Gym.
The PokéStop or Gym's real-world location appears to be within 40 meters of private residential property.
If you are a business or property owner, contact us via this page if you believe a PokéStop or Gym shouldn’t be in Pokémon GO or should be modified.
Players who’ve reached level 37 can report invalid PokéStops or suggest improvements to an in-game location’s title, description, real-world location, or photo directly from the Pokémon GO app.
Only one Pokémon of a single species can be assigned to a Gym at one time. So if there's a Pikachu assigned to a Gym, you won't be able to assign another Pikachu.
We try to issue warnings before taking other measures, to give players the opportunity to reform. If a player who has violated Niantic's policies does not change their ways and continues to abuse the rules, we will terminate their account.
First, go to an object or location that you think would make a good Wayspot.Tap the Main Menu button.Tap the Settings button.Tap the New PokéStop button to start the nomination.

Right now, no fees have been announced for making your business a Pokéstop or Pokégym. However, this may become an option if Niantic Labs receives a plethora of requests.
Please contact us through the Pokémon GO app to report a potential bug is not already listed on the Known Issues page. You won't get an individual response to your report, but we'll use this information to help us reproduce the issue and identify trends.

Niantic, the developer of the game, has not implemented a feature that allows trainers to instantly transfer their defending monsters back to their roster. The only way for players to retrieve their Pokemon from Gyms is for them to be defeated in battle by other trainers.
A Pokemon will stay in a gym until its “motivation" hits “0” - or until it is knocked out by a trainer of a different team. If you find an unpopular gym (with no nearby trainers), and drop the right defender into it, your defender may stay indefinitely, with regular feeding of golden berries.
