Serpentex is a bounty hunter who specializes in bringing down Abominations. His unique modified laser rifle shoots venomous rounds that can incapacitate even the biggest, nastiest monsters.

Overview

Serpentex is an insane Light + Fire Pierce Attacker who deals really high raw damage output and applies many Tortures to his enemies in the process. He has Abomination Hater as one of his staples which allows him to demolish the likes of Raris, Snowgross, and any other Abomination trait monster with ease. It could also be noted that he especially deals with Raris more easily thanks to also being immune to CDA. With highs of Single 70 and AoE 45 this twin snake can pack a serious punch, which is further boosted by his massive Strength stat. Even more boosted if you use his Triple Damage + Skill Mirror setup skill. Just keep in mind the Vulnerable as it could cause him to take more dmg than intended from DoTs or enemy Serpents. Keep in mind his high Stamina Costs too as they can cause him to chew through his relics fast. Speaking of Serpent has incredible relics, Slumster's Trap giving access to extra Stamina and any Revival Essence for longevity. Overall, Serpentex is a very strong, high-damage Pierce Attacker who's abilities are easily able to tear up the meta. He is highly recommended for both PvP and Team Wars.

Recommended Allies

Due to having Pierce, monsters with Triple Damage skills like Algata, Forge Labs and Brainlodon are highly recommended.
Monsters with Ally Turn Transfer such as Shadowyna, Ahma Niah and Firefool can really synergize with Serpentex. Firstly, Shadowyna can TD Anticipation, PER any effect and apply light hater while transferring so he can deal against any Light monster there may be in the way. Next we have Ahma who can buff him with damage boost and turn transfer. Finally, we have Firefool who can buff him with a random damage boost and turn transfer.
Elvira Demonslayer is one of the best supports to pair with him, having many ways to buff him while also protecting him against DoT's due to Team ITT SC.

Counters

Shadowyna has access to Turn Transfer with Light Hater which destroys him almost instantly.
Ironically Serpentex is his own best counter as he naturally resists his own element without any Haters or Elemental Weaknesses setup.
Mouserk has access to Mechanical Hater and strong metal skills, he also has cold blood to bypass and Taunt or Mega Taunt that Serpentex might be paired up with.
Skydkold not only resists his Light attacks, but also can kill him easily with his water attacks.
Tinytrap has Water element skills and Pierce Hater to obliterate him, though be careful as his Nature element makes him vulnerable to Serpentex's Fire skills.
